Trinity Sourdough 

Bread in its simplest form.  As the name suggests this tasty and versatile white loaf is made from just three ingredients: organic white wheat flour*, water and salt.

Total fermentation time: 18-24 hours

Flaxseed Sourdough

Similar to the Trinity Sourdough but made with the addition of golden flaxseeds, or linseeds. 

Ingredients: Organic white wheat flour*, water. golden flaxseeds and salt.

Total fermentation time: 18-24 hour

Ale Sourdough

World Bread Awards – 2014 GOLD

Made with the same three ingredients as the Trinity Sourdough – Wheat flour*, water and salt – but with most of the water replaced by dark beer.  

Total fermentation time: 18-24 hours

Pain De Campagne (French Country Loaf)

World Bread Awards – 2018 SILVER

This loaf comprises both white and wholemeal wheat flour, along with some whole rye flour. This bread is made with a prefermented mixture of flour, water and a small amount of baker’s yeast to further enhance the flavour.

Ingredients: Organic white wheat flour*, whole wheat flour, whole rye flour, water, baker’s yeast and salt.

Total fermentation time: approx 18 hours

Challah (Poppy Seed Plait)

World Bread Awards – 2019 GOLD

These attractive and tasty loaves are made using an enriched dough and topped with a sprinking of poppy seeds (600g).

Ingredients: organic white wheat flour*, water, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, baker’s yeast, salt and poppy seeds.  

Total fermentation time: 4-6 hours.

Baguette

Approx 40c.m. long and around 350g unbaked weight.  These are made using a two-day fermenting process and baked with steam for that authentic baguette crust and soft open texture inside.

Ingredients: white organic wheat flour*, whole rye flour, water, baker’s yeast and salt. 

Total fermentation time: 24-48 hours

French Boule

Made with organic white flour and a small amount of baker’s yeast, part of the dough is fermented for up to 24 hours to develop the flavour and texture of the final loaf. 

Ingredients: white organic wheat flour*, whole rye flour, water, baker’s yeast and salt. 

Total fermentation time: 18-24 hours

Braided Brioche

This is a light but deceptively rich and tasty loaf, the perfect breakfast treat!

Ingredients: Organic white wheat flour*, milk, eggs, butter, sugar, more butter, bakers’ yeast and salt.  

Total fermentation time: 16-18 hours

Kipton Baker Burger Buns

Made with an enriched dough these robust and satisfying multi-purpose buns are ideal for burgers, barbeques, picnics or lunches (110g).  

Ingredients: organic white wheat flour*, water, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, baker’s yeast, salt and sesame seeds.  

Total fermentation time: 4-6 hours.

Poppy Seed Bloomer

World Bread Awards 2019 GOLD

Soft white bread, cut it as thick as you like, perfect for sandwiches or toast. 

Ingredients: white organic wheat flour*, water, butter, baker’s yeast, salt , egg and poppy seeds. 

Total fermentation time: 3-4 hours

Ciabatta

Small loaves (approx. 350g) or large ‘rolls’ (approx. 175g) these are very versatile; use for sandwiches, toast the cut side for bruschetta, or dip into pasta sauces or a good olive oil.  Part of the dough is fermented for around 18 hours to develop the flavour and texture of the final bread. 

Ingredients: white organic wheat flour*, semolina flour, water, olive oil, baker’s yeast and salt. 

Total fermentation time: 18-24 hours

Wholemeal Tin

Small (450g) but perfectly formed. Made with a mixture of organic white flour and wholemeal flour.

Ingredients: white organic wheat flour*, whole wheat  flour, water, baker’s yeast and salt. 

Total fermentation time: 3-4 hours

Traditional Teacakes

Fruity, spiced buns shaped perfect for  splitting and toasting.  

Ingredients: white organic wheat flour*, sugar, milk, water, butter, egg, spices (mixed spice, cinnamon, nutmeg) baker’s yeast and salt. 

Total fermentation time: 3-4 hours

Pretzel Burger Buns

Soft crumb with a tasty, chewy crust.  Perfect  for burgers or as a sandwich roll. 

Ingredients: white organic wheat flour*, sugar, milk, water, butter, egg, baker’s yeast and salt. 

Total fermentation time: 10-12 hours

*The miller states that white wheat flour may contain traces of sesame.
